I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the overall ambiance is cozy and the food served was delicious, my stay was marred by a disappointing spa treatment and some issues with the room's comfort. The location is quite central, making it easy to explore Exeter. However, the service at the spa left much to be desired, diminishing what could have been a relaxing day.
